Today we talked about “with failure comes motivation” For explain if you lose a game you can learn from you mistakes and make them better 

We talked about a lady we liked 3 people, two males and one female. She wasn’t famous, also we talked about how people are different and normal how most people are different   

  Based on the video, I don't think there would life in outer space, there isn't air that use people in earth breath in and there wouldn;t be trees or water like there is in earth. Maybe there can be aliens but we are not really sure about that, my reaction to seeing an image of earth from mars was amazing. My reaction to hearing the sound of a black hole i didnt know a black hole would make a sound shows that technology is growing and changing. I'm amazed now how people are making things that can be life changing to people and give people more ideas about our world 

 Today we read a poem by Gwendolyn Brooks called “We real cool” it talks about 7 teenagers would skip or drink getting into trouble in the streets in school at the end it says “we die soon” in my opinion it means due to what they’re doing they will die young

  Today we had to finish our origin myths. In my opinion, I believe I kinda did a great job considering this is the first ever origin myth I ever wrote.

   

 Today we watched a film that talks about how some people are followers or leaders. For explain, there were people wearing masks and none of the teachers were watching them. Then we talked about Native American Literature there is Myth, Legend, and Religion 

In class today we learned about the different types of figurative Language. In class we learned about eight different types of figurative language. Imagery, Simile, metaphor, alliteration, personification, onomatopoeia, Hyperbole, and Idioms. After taking notes we wrote three sentences for each one. That is mostly what we learned today. 

 My purpose of living is to become someone in this world, show my parents, I’m not going to become a failure like my older siblings. I wanna travel to Tokyo (Japan) because I wanna learn their language, I love their culture it’s so beautiful and stunning, it’s like a magical land and I would like to explore it.

 Today we talked about a poem called “The negro speaks of Rivers” By Langston Hughes the theme was out of Africa. We learned that everyone should know about their roots

  Today I learned about how if you put effort into something no matter how smart our talented you are you can still achieve it. After that we learned about Formal and informal language. Use formal language in things like School assignments and important essays. In formal language, there is no slang. You would use informal language in things like humorous essays and dialogue. You can use slang in informal language. This is all of what I learned today 

Hello Blogging Community,  My name is Victoria, The school I’m attending is Cedar Grove HS, 16 years old, I’m originally from Atlanta, G. Things I like to do that are fun to me are playing video games other then that would be listening to music. Three goals I’m hoping to Accomplish this Academic year, would be pasting the school year with perfect reports meaning with 90 and Above grades, turning in my work in time so I can travel to my idol school without having a 70 or below grade, also to attend school as much as i can, so I don’t fall behind my class. Another goal I have would be to Try out for sports this year (not something I think I would be able to do but maybe someday) like band or volleyball it could help me get into my idol school later in the future  , Then make my Academic year as best as I can and make a lot of memories with my teachers and friends
